1. Qixev FieldKit License
Qixev FieldKit is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later (GNU GPLv3+).
The GNU GPL is a strong copyleft license that ensures software remains free and open for all users. Under this license:
- You have the freedom to run the program for any purpose.
- You have the freedom to study how the program works and adapt it to your needs.
- You have the freedom to redistribute copies to help others.
- You have the freedom to improve the program and release your improvements to the public, provided that derivative works are distributed under the same GPL terms.

2. Website Code & Assets
The markup, stylesheets, and client-side logic of the Qixev Website (qixev-website) are open-source and released under the MIT License.
The Qixev name, wordmark, and geometric brand emblems are proprietary brand assets of Qixev. You may not use Qixev brand marks in a manner that falsely implies endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation without prior authorization.
3. Third-Party Dependencies
All open-source libraries used across Qixev software and web assets are strictly compliant with open-source licensing principles (such as Apache 2.0, MIT, and BSD licenses). We do not bundle proprietary binary blobs or surveillance SDKs.
