1. Static Website Operations
The Qixev website (qixev.com) is a static website hosted via GitHub Pages.
- No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, session replay tools, advertising beacons, or third-party marketing SDKs.
- No Cookies: We do not set first-party tracking cookies or third-party cookies.
- Hosting Server Logs: Standard technical connection logs (such as IP addresses, user agent headers, and request timestamps) may be processed by the hosting provider (GitHub, Inc.) in accordance with GitHub's standard infrastructure privacy statements to ensure site security and DDoS mitigation. Qixev does not store, monetize, or profile these server logs.
2. Financial Contributions & Payments
Qixev's website is completely static and does not collect, process, or store financial credentials, credit/debit card numbers, UPI IDs, or net banking passwords.
- When financial support is enabled, all contributions are handled by redirecting the user to an externally hosted payment page operated by a verified payment provider (such as Razorpay).
- Your payment data, billing address, and transaction processing are governed exclusively by the payment provider's privacy policy and security protocols.
- Qixev only receives settlement and transaction confirmation reports necessary for tax compliance and accounting.
3. Qixev Software (FieldKit)
Software applications published by Qixev, including Qixev FieldKit, are engineered with privacy by design:
- Zero Network Permissions: The Android application does not include the
android.permission.INTERNETpermission. It has no physical mechanism to transmit data over the internet. - Local Storage: All data entered into FieldKit is saved locally in an SQLite database on your device and remains solely under your control.
- No Accounts: You do not need an account, email address, or identity verification to use FieldKit.
4. Changes to This Policy
If Qixev introduces new services or infrastructure requiring architectural changes, this document will be updated directly in the public version-controlled repository.
